Matamata Primary School is located in the heart of the Waikato, a town overlooked by the Kaimai Ranges and surrounded by rivers that flow through rolling green hills.
The school has created a nurturing environment that enables children to learn and prosper across all aspects of education and development, guided by the motto "Endeavour, Achieve, Excel – Tohenga, Taea, Tino Hira." Together with the support of the community and engagement of whānau, the school delivers a platform that inspires learning to help build and shape future generations.
